Participation in proceedings before the Federal Constitutional Court, 2 BvE 1/26

Following a recommendation by the Committee on Legal Affairs and Consumer Protection (Drucksache 21/4967), the Bundestag decided to submit a statement in the organ dispute proceedings 2 BvE 1/26 before the Federal Constitutional Court and instructed the President of the Bundestag to appoint authorized legal counsel. The recommendation was adopted with the votes of the CDU/CSU, SPD and AfD, with the Greens and The Left abstaining.
