Extending the BEPS Convention to 62 additional tax treaties

Germany wants to place 62 additional tax treaties with other countries under an international framework designed to prevent corporate tax avoidance. So far, these rules applied only to 14 treaties. This law officially extends the list so that the additional treaties can be updated later. There are no costs for residents or for companies.
