Recommendation for a decision on proceedings before the Federal Constitutional Court 2 BvC 4/26

The Bundestag followed the recommendation of the Committee on Legal Affairs and decided to submit a statement in election review proceedings before the Federal Constitutional Court (case no. 2 BvC 4/26) and to instruct the President of the Bundestag to appoint an authorized representative for the proceedings. The Union, SPD, Alliance 90/The Greens, and Die Linke voted in favor, the AfD against; the recommendation for a decision (Printed Paper 21/4785) was adopted.
