New rules on challenging paternity following the BVerfG ruling

In its third reading and final vote, the bill implementing the BVerfG ruling on challenging paternity was adopted. SPD and CDU/CSU voted in favor; Bündnis 90/Die Grünen voted against; Linke and AfD abstained.
