Draft bill to speed up planning and procurement for the Bundeswehr

The Bundeswehr should be able to be equipped faster and more easily. Procurement and approval procedures will be simplified: under certain conditions, contracts may be awarded without extensive tendering. In addition, companies from countries outside the EU may be excluded from some contracts. The law applies until Germany and its allies have reached the intended full defense readiness.
