Location Support Act

The Location Support Act is intended to strengthen Germany as a business and financial location. Start-ups and growing companies should find it easier to raise money, for example through better tax rules for venture capital. At the same time, the law reduces bureaucratic obligations for companies and authorities that create more effort than benefit. The law also transposes several EU capital market requirements into German law.
