In Collective overview 78, the Bundestag’s Petitions Committee dealt with 70 petitions from the public. The topics are wide-ranging and include, among others, income tax, tenancy law, health insurance, labor law, e-mobility and copyright law. By far the largest share of the proceedings was simply closed without granting the requests. Two petitions were fully granted, and three others at least in part. In a handful of cases, the committee forwarded submissions to the Federal Government as working material for further review.
