Draft law to amend the Regionalisation Act

The Deutschlandticket will continue to be offered in 2026. The Federal Government and the Länder will each provide 1.5 billion euros, for a total of 3 billion euros. The federal funds are distributed among the 16 Länder according to a fixed formula. The Länder must demonstrate to the Federal Government that they used the money for its intended purpose.
