Proposal summary
Joint List 65 of the Bundestag Petitions Committee summarises 53 petitions that the Bundestag voted on on 15 October 2025. The topics are wide-ranging, from road traffic, BAföG and condominium ownership to consumer protection and animal testing, as well as inheritance law and insolvency. For the large majority of petitions, the committee recommends closing the proceedings. Two petitions, including one on digital violence, were forwarded to the Federal Ministry of Justice as material so it can take them into account in future decisions. For a few requests, for example on the Road Traffic Regulations or BAföG repayment, the committee considers the matter to be at least partly addressed.
