Proposal summary
The pension level will be secured at at least 48 percent until 2031 so that pensions do not fall more sharply than wages. The additional costs will be borne by the federal government from tax revenue. In addition, parents who raised children born before 1992 will be treated the same as parents of younger children: in future, three years of child-rearing time will be credited toward pensions for all children. It will also be made easier for pensioners to continue working for the same employer after reaching the regular retirement age.
