Suspension of family reunification for people entitled to subsidiary protection

Family members of people with so-called subsidiary protection can currently enter Germany under certain conditions to live with their relatives. This right is to be suspended for two years. Exceptions remain possible in cases of particular hardship. In addition, the Residence Act is to once again explicitly name limiting immigration as an objective, not only managing it.
